I'm Jena, and this is Black Barn Bakery. My love for baking started at a young age. My mom and I would spend hours baking and decorating treats together and now as an adult it's my ultimate stress-reliever.

The name Black Barn Bakery is an aspirational one. When I thought about what I wanted this business to be called I immediately thought of what I would want my future bakery to look like. Growing up on a farm and with Swedish heritage, my mind pictured a Scandinavian style barn and it had to be black, since that is my favorite color. Also, who doesn't love some alliteration? And voila...that is how Black Barn Bakery was born!
